Mark Feulner is a member of the faculty for the Public Safety and Security program at Florida State University Panama City and a researcher for the Underwater Crime Scene Investigation program. He has over a decade of experience as an operator of marine technologies for archaeological, scientific, and law enforcement investigations. Mr. Feulner is a co-author of Underwater Crime Scene Investigation: A Guide for Law Enforcement and has trained public safety divers and military divers in the tools and techniques for underwater investigations. He has also worked on several research projects for the military and federal government investigating the various technologies available for underwater work.
