Stockholm's oldest preserved bridge, Norrbro, was recently inspected by a VideoRay Pro 4 Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV). The inspection was conducted by VideoRay's Swedish representatives, Fredrik and Marie Fleetwood of BUVI at the request of the City of Stockholm. Equipped with an external camera, the ROV surveyed the integrity of the concrete platform which supports the bridge foundation. Officials raised concerns about potential erosion from Norrström, the river that flows under Norrbro, but the ROV inspection showed no signs of erosion.

Norrbro's foundational integrity is a concern due to its significance as both a historical monument and a means of transportation between the Royal Palace and Stockholm's inner city. Completed in 1797, Norrbro was completely renovated between 2007-2010 to update and reinforce the infrastructure while restoring the bridge's original appearance.
