Chris Gibson
Chief Executive Officer
Professional Experience: Joined VideoRay in 2000 and has headed the Company’s marketing and sales efforts for over 22 years. Overlooks VideoRay’s sales & marketing teams and directs customer & product management. Prior to VideoRay, Mr. Gibson spent 7 years at Bentley systems and served as the Director of Global Marketing

Margo Newcombe
Vice President of Marketing & Programs
Professional Experience:
Joined VideoRay in 2023 as VP of Marketing & Partner Programs. Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy and global initiatives. Also responsible for fostering and developing relationships and programs with VideoRay’s global partners & dealers. Prior to VideoRay, Margo was Director of Marketing at Teledyne Marine.
Education: BS in Marketing from Westfield University
Lori Endlich
Vice President, Finance & Administration
Professional Experience: Joined VideoRay in 2008 as Corporate Controller and was promoted to her current role in 2019. Directs and manages the Company’s accounting, finance and human resource functions. Prior to VideoRay, Ms. Endlich held senior-level roles at multiple accounting firms. Lori is an accredited CPA and CGMA.
Education: BS in Accounting from King’s College in Pennsylvania
Paul Czachor
Chief Operating Officer
Professional Experience: Joined VideoRay in July 2023 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to VideoRay, Mr. Czachor was the North American CEO for American Keg Company and Blefa Kegs Inc. He has also held senior level roles for several global manufacturing companies.

Marcus Kolb
Chief Product & Innovation Officer
Professional Experience:
Joined VideoRay in 2001 after consulting on the firm’s original software. Responsible for the overall design and evolution of VideoRay ROVs and serves as the Company’s primary interface with the U.S. Navy. Prior to VideoRay, Mr. Kolb worked as the Director of R&D at Biochem Technology, Inc.

Eric Wirstrom
Vice President of Sales & Business
Professional Experience: Recognized leader in the operational employment of the Navy’s autonomous and remotely operated vehicles for diving, salvage, and explosive ordnance disposal missions, with staff tours ashore focused in the development, validation, and resourcing of these mission areas.
Education: BA from Texas A&M University, MA of National Security and Strategic Studies from U.S. Naval War College
Casey Sapp
Vice President, Strategy & Emerging Technology
Professional Experience: Casey is the VP of Strategy and Emerging Technologies at VideoRay where he oversees new product development, monetization, and special unmanned systems intitiatives.
Before joining VideoRay he founded Blue Ring Imaging which focused on Mixed Reality and perception solutions for maritime unmanned systems and was acquired by VideoRay in 2023. Beforehand, he started VRTUL, pioneering underwater camera innovations and partnering with major brands like BBC, National Geographic, SeaWorld, and OceanX.
Known for transforming intricate tech concepts into accessible and profitable solutions in growth technology companies, Casey is also an inventor of the world’s first 360° 3D underwater camera system, underwater 360° livestream (Good Morning America), and highest resolution underwater camera system in the world (MSG Sphere).
Andy Goldstein
Chief Technical Officer
Professional Experience: Joined VideoRay in 2009 as Director of Software Engineering and became Head of Engineering and Operations by 2019. Directs all engineering & operational projects and research & development initiatives. Prior to VideoRay, Mr. Goldstein was the Chief Engineer at Desert Star Systems.
Education: BEng in Material Science Engineering. And BS in ComScience from the University of Pittsburgh
Scott Bentley
Executive Chairman
Professional Experience: Founded VideoRay in 1999 and has served as the CEO for over 20 years. Works across divisions to ensure Company success and develop VideoRay’s strategic outlook. Prior to VideoRay, Mr. Bentley spent 20+ years at Bentley Systems, where he was a co-founder and business lead.
Education: BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business
